We respond as follows to the customer's complaint about the final cleaning being charged twice:
According to our charter conditions, the yacht shall be returned in decent condition (broom clean, dishes done, holding tank emptied)
Unfortunately, the customer did not adhere to this condition and returned the yacht in an extremely dirty condition.
When the yacht was returned, the customer was again explicitly informed about the agreed returning terms and given extra time to fix the mess himself.
The customer did not do despite being asked to do so, so that we had to charge for the additional cleaning effort.
